Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Controller who ideally has manufacturing experience to join our client's team in Oro-Medonte. The ideal candidate will possess strong CPA qualifications and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on approach. As a Controller, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. This is an in office role.

Key Responsibilities of the Controller include but not limited to :

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Leadership Team, contributing to business planning, growth initiatives, and decision-making
• Provide financial insights, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support scaling operations in Canada and the U.S.
• Support long-term planning, capital allocation, and expansion strategies

Accounting & Financial Operations

Systems & Process Improvement

Leadership & People Management

EOS® Accountability
