Product Support Sales Representative

At SMS Equipment, the Product Support Sales Representative will be responsible for the promotion and sale of products, parts and services offered by SMS Equipment. He / she will strive to increase the visibility and the market share of SMS as a supplier of parts and service with existing and future customers. This position is located in Fredericton or Moncton .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Present customers with our prices, terms and conditions, warrantees, delivery dates and credit and financing programs.
• Produce and submit to supervisor daily and / or weekly activity reports.
• Follow up with customers and provide after-sale service.
• Continuously improve his / her knowledge of all products offered by SMS Equipment.
• Maintain current knowledge of new products and market developments in this / her territory.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate must have a Post-secondary education and / or equivalent experience.
