About the Role :

We are hiring Technical Program Managers to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) PMO team in Toronto. This person will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, driving Agile / Scrum ceremonies and ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery across web-based product initiatives (focused on web / product programs, 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒓 𝒄𝒍𝒐𝒖𝒅).

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 :

• Engineering Degree with 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
• Experience driving engineering delivery from planning through execution.
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience.
• Previous History of hands-on involvement in web application product launches and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Expertise in Jira or Airtable.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools, and proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products and programs.
