Our member who services Hamilton, ON, is looking to hire a Pipelayer.

General:

• FOR SEWER & WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION
• MUST HAVE 3 YRS. EXP. IN
• RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
• MUST HAVE VALID G DRIVER'S LICENCE

Pipelayer duties:

• Hand dig around utilities
• Core hole in main sewer to install sewer lateral
• Tap water main to install water services.
• Knowledge of a pipe laser
• Knowledge of trench safety
• Install catch basins & manholes
• Benching manholes
• Installing main line sewer
• Installing water mains, valves and fire hydrants
• Have a knowledge of interior drains for residential construction

Hourly wage: $29.00- 34.00 + 4% vac. Pay
Benefits: Full benefit package
