Job Description

• Leadership role – as a platinum level consultant in your module of expertise, provide leadership to Clients and to other consultants in your module; facilitate complex issue resolution during implementations; develop ideas for reusable content to enable faster implementation for new clients; mentor other consultants in your module area of expertise.
• Consultant Management (desired ability, but optional) – manage a team of internal consultants in your module, guiding their career development and helping achieve a good utilization balance.
• Quality Assurance – provide QA oversight of solutions recommended by consultants reporting to you and ensure completeness of designs at Blueprint time and at key project milestones.
• Relationship Management – help manage client expectations and balance the needs of the company and client to ensure satisfaction and focus on areas delivering the most customer value.
