As an O'Regan's Financial Services Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our dealership, providing personalized payment options, arranging financing with our network of lenders, and offering essential add-ons like extended warranties, insurance, and appearance protection. Your role is key to ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

What You'll Do:

• Help customers explore financing options by interviewing them and presenting tailored payment plans.
• Analyze credit applications, collaborate with lenders, and secure the best financial solutions for our customers.
• Prepare and finalize all transaction documents.
• Offer valuable add-ons such as extended warranties and appearance protection packages, ensuring our customers are offered every opportunity.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Maintain dealership excellence by ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
