Wage rate : $37.00 per hour, overtime will start after 40 hours per week Job Duties : Read blueprints, drawings of residential buildings and make layouts for preparation and the installation of custom stairways, railings, fireplace mantels, decorative mouldings etc. Determine specifications and calculate requirements as per customer requirements Measure, cut, shape and assemble materials made of wood, wood substitutes and lightweight metals or other materials. Maintain, repair and renovate various wooden structures in residences or commercial establishments. May supervise carpenter helpers Working setting : The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required. Working Conditions : Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
