Project Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer of one our clients based in KWC ON region for their facility.

Shift - Days

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead new program launches using APQP PPAP and Gantt-based project timelines
• Manage program status risks and launch readiness reporting to management
• Support equipment selection tooling fixtures and process development
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues (CNC presses lasers vision systems auxiliary equipment)
• Perform root cause analysis and support setup technicians with problem-solving
• Develop and improve control plans PFMEAs and process flows with Quality
• Analyze process capability (Cp / Cpk) and implement corrective actions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cell / workstation layouts
• Train setup technicians lead hands and supervisors on new and existing processes
• Coordinate with suppliers on tooling and process solutions
