Shipper Receiver

Job Duties

:

· Loads, unloads and moves products and materials using forklift equipment while ensuring the accuracy of quantities and qualities of materials shipped/received daily

· Ensure equipment is in safe and proper condition prior to use using daily pre-shift checklist

· Perform quality checks on incoming products

· Coordinate shipping of material to other facilities

· Ensure truck drivers are accounted for as per Company CTPAT requirements

· Loads trucks according to customer order requirements

· Ensure work area is clean and free of hazards as per Company's housekeeping expectations

· Other duties as assigned by Lead Hand, Supervisor, or Manager

skills required:

• Knowledge of Company Quality standards and products
• Forklift Operating License Counterbalance and Walkie from certified trainer
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification considered an asset
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Consistently follow EHS general rules and procedures and is aware of the EHS policy.

Demonstrates good initiative for working safely, reporting and participating in EHS.

Licensed in Counter Balance, Raymond Reach and Walkie
