Senior Corporate Law Clerk

Full job description

This position is for a Senior Corporate Law Clerk for our client's busy corporate department. Work responsibilities will include assisting lawyers with the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles, resolutions, agreements, and applicable government filings, maintaining and updating corporate records for a large number of corporations, complex corporate and transactional work, and supervision and training of junior staff.

Formal law clerk education and a minimum of five (5) years of corporate experience is required for this position, including knowledge of corporate law, regulations and procedures, strong organizational and interpersonal skills and proficiency in associated software and technology.
