Team Member

The A&W restaurant at 123 Edward Street in Toronto is looking for new Team Members to join their crew! We are looking to fill 4 full-time or part-time, permanent positions.

Our restaurant is open 24/hours. You will work shifts between 3-8 hours depending on your availability.

Part time : guaranteed minimum 10 hours a week

Full time : guaranteed minimum 35 hours a week

Our Team Members ensure an excellent experience for their guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. They care for their guests first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty. The Cashier also ensures the dining room is kept clean and presentable, and contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant.

This A&W Restaurant is owned by the HigherMe Group! Our owner, Bob, started working at an A&W restaurant when he was 15 years old. He has since devoted many years to the brand and has built an empire of 17 A&W restaurants throughout Southwestern Ontario. Although we work at different restaurants, we make time to socialize with each other and celebrate company victories! Bob treats his staff as he would his family with over 30% of the team having a tenure of over 5 years!
