Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, we are seeking current students in a Powerline Technician college program who are looking for a co‑op placement starting Summer of 2026 (May – August) to gain valuable, hands‑on work experience in the trade.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist in the maintenance of relevant electrical systems and services.
• Assist with ESA permits and necessary locate requirements.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with service and troubleshoot electrical‑related issues.
• Assist with ensuring all work meets ESA and internal requirements.
• Assist with completing work / service orders within the allotted time frames.
• Assure installation / service work is done according to quality standards.
• Report and communicate according to company procedures.
• Assist with work overflow as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety policy and proven ability to work effectively and safely in a team setting.
• Assist with the completion of paperwork as required – Job Planning, tailboards, timesheets, traffic planning.
• Self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised, in a team setting.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs., climb heights, and be in crawl spaces.
• Shadow Powerline Maintainers & Lead Hand.
• Able to work after standard hours and in adverse weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Pay : $21.00 per hour
