Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of GEI’s data, analytics, and AI platform architecture, focusing on foundational data science and MLOps readiness.
• Define and govern enterprise standards for data pipelines, feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and MLOps frameworks.
• Establish architectural patterns that ensure AI solutions are production‑ready, secure, auditable, and scalable.
• Partner with regional digital teams and AI Solutions Lead to align platform standards with regional needs and ensure consistent adoption.
• Guide engineering teams on transition of AI solutions into GEI delivery environments.
• Assert alignment with enterprise IT, security, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Identify architectural risks and technical debt early; devise mitigation strategies.
• Strategically advise on platform capabilities, data readiness, and sequencing of GEI digital & AI initiatives.
• Mentor data and platform engineers, set delivery standards, guide team topology & workflows, and support future people‑management responsibilities.
• Act as senior technical advisor to leadership on data and AI sequencing decisions.
