The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and client‑focused Junior Associate to join our growing team. This role is critical to supporting strong client relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with investment and financial planning activities. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for financial services, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to client and adviser inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail.
• Process investment transactions across multiple systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain client data using CRM and Morningstar systems.
• Prepare investment summaries, proposals, and performance updates for clients.
• Collaborate with advisers to gather and maintain financial plan data.
• Assist with compliance documentation and prepare reports for client meetings.
• Work closely with advisers and team members to ensure seamless client service.
