• Receiving and organizing food and produce deliveries
• Putting away stock in the kitchen, walk-in fridge, and freezer
• Keeping the walk-in fridge and freezer clean, organized, and properly labeled
• Maintaining organization of dry storage and shelving
• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Taking out garbage, recycling, and compost
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas
• Basic food prep tasks when needed (washing produce, simple chopping, etc.)
• Assisting kitchen staff with general support tasks
