About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to join our on-site IT Applications team in Edmonton. This role will lead business analysis practices across enterprise systems and process improvement initiatives. You will document current-state processes, define future-state workflows, produce clear requirements for delivery teams, and lead RFP / RFQ activities for new systems (e.g., HCM, ERP). What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear, testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules).
• Document current-state (as-is) processes and define future-state (to-be) workflows, including exceptions and handoffs.
• Facilitate workshops to drive decisions on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
• Support delivery through UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Write and manage RFP / RFQ packages, vendor evaluations, demo agendas, scoring, and recommendations for enterprise system selections.
• Establish and improve BA standards, templates, and requirement quality across IT Applications.

What We’re Looking For

Strong process mapping and documentation experience (current state and future state).

Assets (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with CRM platforms and integrated enterprise application landscapes.
