What Youll Be Doing

Youll identify and implement process improvements that enhance client experience and generate profitability. As a Senior Analyst youll use your experience and direct client feedback to improve the quality of key processes that affect our clients. Youll work closely with your team and help plan develop and implement a process strategy that will build the bank of the future.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 2-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.

How Youll Succeed

Leadership Use process improvement methodologies and project management to support projects and initiatives. You will work with others in Optimization & Process Engineering and across CIBC to reach common goals and promote good working relationships among team members.

Problem solving You solve problems in a structured way organize work and analyze data and situations fully and accurately to guide or reach effective decisions.

Deliver Results You know and understand Project Management tools methodologies and principles and can plan prioritize and organize your work.

Interpersonal relations You have effective communication skills and can present clearly and concisely using examples or illustrations to explain things. You can convince others and build support for process improvement recommendations.

You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information and you communicate detailed information in an impactful way. You have exposure to data analytics AI concepts and consulting experience would be an asset.

You can demonstrate experience in applying an improvement methodology. Its an asset if you have experience with Lean Six Sigma.
