What you’ll do :

In this role, you'll help modernize production support through automation, AI-driven workflows, and system integrations. Your work will directly support “keep the lights on” operations while transforming manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.

• Build and maintain automation workflows to reduce manual production support tasks
• Develop Python scripts and tooling to automate checks, alerts, and routine processes
• Integrate systems and data sources using platforms such as ServiceNow and other workflow tools
• Support an automation-first mindset by identifying improvement opportunities within production support
• Help scale automation practices across the team by sharing best practices and contributing to continuous enhancement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automation solutions to ensure stability and performance
