- Assist in negotiation of approved executions – Digital Video, OLV, CTV, YouTube and direct (non-biddable) digital display
- Assist in approved executions – Digital Video, OLV, CTV, YouTube and direct (non-biddable) digital display
- Work with media vendors regarding tactical aspects of the media buy to achieve campaign objectives and / or fulfill a client request
- Working with specialty teams to identify and implement efficient business practice.
- Manage contracts / insertion orders and any resulting revisions with media vendors
- Input and shepherd all direct digital display and digital video media buys from brief to post reporting
- Actualize media spending
- Assist with financials
- Clearing of invoices
- Prepare / develop reports in PowerPoint & Excel – routine & custom reports
- Media management – within media buying platforms and agency systems
Qualifications
Minimum of Associate Degree in Media, Bachelor’s degree a plus / preferredMinimum 1 year experience in media buyingTrack record of success throughout post-secondary career and previous employmentStrong analytical & math proficiency skillsSolid verbal and written communication skillsTechnical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPointDemonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilitiesAble to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressureDetail-oriented and able to produce accurate work product
