Entry Level Office Apprenticeship

Our client based near Gloucester Centre (free parking provided) are currently recruiting for a full-time, entry-level Trainee Administrator to join their friendly and hardworking team.

To apply for this role, you must be keen, enthusiastic and willing to learn. There is no previous experience required, so if you are looking for your first job, this could be the role for you!

Key Duties :

• Processing customer quotes and orders via telephone and email.
• Process confirmation information.
• File all paperwork into relevant folders and files.
• General filing and administration duties.
• Ad hoc tasks including dealing with post, assisting with social media.

Key Skills :

Salary : Minimum wage start salary, set to rise to £12.21ph following completion of your initial probationary / training period.

Hours : Monday – Friday 8.15am - 4.45pm (3.45pm early finish on a Friday!)
