Licensed Practical Nurse (Temporary Part- Time 6 Months)

St. Michael’s Long Term Care is currently recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurse – Temporary Part-Time (Floater Position); Days : 7 : 00am-1 : 30pm; 21.00 hours per week; 0.54FTE (2 shifts in 2 weeks). The Licensed Practical Nurse performs basic nursing procedures and provides treatments within the scope of Licensed Practical Nurse training and in accordance with established Resident Care programs, policies and procedures. The LPN provides ancillary support in the provision of quality resident care. Furthermore, the LPN administers medications in accordance with established procedures, legislative standards and as directed by the Case Manager / Staff Nurse Designated in Charge. Must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19, and will be required to wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) on site.
