Responsibilities

Platform Development :

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable contract management solutions using WEBCON BPS Designer Studio and Designer Desk, utilizing both low-code and traditional development methods where necessary.

Workflow Automation :

Automate the contract approval process, redline version generation, and status tracking to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

Integration :

Connect the WEBCON platform with external IT systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, or other third-party APIs) to ensure seamless data flow and automatic contract generation.

Support & Maintenance :

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and implement enhancements to the existing contract management platform.

Documentation & Training :

Create clear technical documentation and, where required, train end-users and power users on system functionality.

Collaboration :

Work closely with legal, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scopes, and ensure the platform effectively meets market and business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience developing applications on the

WEBCON BPS platform

is essential.

Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including the .NET Framework and SQL databases.

Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and legal / compliance requirements.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
