Production Operator

Location: Tillsonburg, Ontario

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Production Operator in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Production Operator is responsible for operating the Robot Weld Cell and producing quality parts.Theideal candidate will have priorexperience reviewing part specifications and defects,be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts
• Assist and provide support to pressoperatorswith set upprocedures
• Support the maintenance, tooling, quality, and logisticsdepartments
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meetsspecifications
• Utilize welding and grinding hand tools
• Maintain & improve housekeeping within workarea
• Other duties assigned by the managementteam
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to meet quota and standardsby performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to retain information and communicate effectively
• Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Able to work Days/Afternoons rotation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined

The pay range for this role is $20.00/hour to $30.00/hour.
