Interim Laboratory Manager

Pacific Northwest

Join a thriving community hospital and lead a cohesive, high-performing Laboratory team as their next Interim Laboratory Manager . Oversee daily lab operations, ensure quality and compliance, and partner closely with physicians and hospital leaders to support exceptional patient care.

Highlights

️ 3-month interim contract (month-to-month thereafter)
️ Furnished housing and rental car (if needed)

What Youll Do

️ Manage lab operations and regulatory compliance

️ Oversee quality controls and performance improvements

️ Partner with clinicians to guide patient care decisions

️ Lead staffing, budgeting, and equipment planning

️ Foster mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or related field

ASCP Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (required)

5+ years of lab experience, including 2+ years in leadership

Strong operational, safety, and regulatory knowledge

Hands-on leader who can work the bench when needed
