New position!! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electromechanical Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client located in Oakville, ON. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high‑speed food production machinery by performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Les tâches

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high‑speed machinery, automated production equipment, and industrial mechanical systems.
• Perform unplanned / reactive mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), fault finding, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Inspect, repair, and replace electrical / mechanical components, including wear parts, assemblies, setup adjustments, and calibrations.
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and components.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including motors, relays, switches, sensors, PLC‑related components, and other machine parts.
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance (PM / PPM) as per schedules and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
