Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers during flights.
Perform pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers.
Assist passengers with boarding, seating arrangements, and luggage storage.
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to airline standards.
Respond promptly and professionally to passenger inquiries and requests.
Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin throughout the flight.
Provide first aid and assistance to passengers when required.
Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.
Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Good physical health and fitness to meet safety and operational requirements.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an added advantage.
Flexible schedule with shifts based on flight schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.
Average working hours: 8–10 hours per shift with adequate rest periods as per aviation guidelines.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude.
Knowledge of airline safety procedures and emergency response (training provided).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing flight conditions.
