Our client is looking for a Technical Product Manager. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for the planning, delivery and marketing of the product throughout its life cycle.
The Product Manager must focus on WHY from the user's perspective and value to the user. The product manager must be data-driven to challenge or validate assumptions.

- Software and product development experience;
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a software development organization;
- Demonstrated experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle;
- Experience with Aha;
- Experience creating business cases and quantifying value to establish priorities;
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills;
- Ability to thoroughly understand user workflow and assess value to the user and client are key requirements;
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment;
- Ability to motivate and lead a wide range of development, sales, marketing and support resources that do not report directly to him / her;
- Strong understanding of user and customer value;
- Ability to lead and inspire others;
- Data-driven approach;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills;
- Customer service oriented approach;
- Expertise in public safety;
- Experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle;
- Highly effective management of a cross-functional team;
Experience defining product roadmaps and assessing priorities.
