Due to our continued growth and success, we have an immediate need for aDirector of Professional Servicesbased in the Halifaxregionalarea that will leada dynamic delivery team and champion the implementation of leading-edge business management software solutions.

The Opportunity

As the Director of Professional Services for our Canadian SAP Business Oneteamyou will provide strategic direction to a high-performing consulting team, ensuring solutions are thoughtfully designed, effectively delivered, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with customers to shapetheirend-to-end solution vision, translating businessobjectivesinto practical implementation strategies. With accountability for delivery excellence, you will oversee SAP Business One implementation and customizationplans toensureproject scope,timelines, client expectations, and communication are consistently managed todeliver success.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional General Managers to develop and executeCanadiandelivery strategy.
• Own and drive resolution of project and customer escalations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to theCanadiandeliveryteam,ensuingteam growth anddelivery ofhigh service standards.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual professional servicesARR and profitabilitytargets.
• Monitor and assess business performance by analyzingutilization, project delivery outcomes, and overall customer health, andpresent insights to the executive teamforforecasting, decision-making, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the sales organization to ensureaccuratesolution scopingandproposaldevelopment.
• Oversee multiple complex SAP Business One program engagements, including resource planning and team allocation.
• Build andmaintainsenior-level client relationships, ensuring alignment with Vision33s customersuccesscommitment and oversight of project scope,progress, and billing.

To effectively perform the responsibilities of this position, you mustpossessthe following qualifications:

• Strong, dynamic leadership experience; problem-solving, time management, organizational skills connected to world-class project delivery.
• 10+ years experience in ERP Implementations for the SME market, preferably using SAP Business One, Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Navision, Solomon, Sage, and/or Epicor.
• 10+ years experience in team management and leading complex projects in a Professional Services/Consulting environment.
• 10+ years experience in service excellence, customer engagement, and escalation management.
• Ability to regularly travel acrossCanada to our Regional Officesand customer sites asrequired.
• University Degree or equivalent in Business (Accounting), Computer Science (Information Systems),Engineeringor a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.
