Jr. Security Analyst

Job Title: Jr. Security Analyst
Type: Contract: 6 Months with 2, 6 month extensions possible
Location: Markham, ON
Starts: July 9th, 2012
Reports to: Security Investigation/Analysis Support
Resume Submission deadline: Tuesday, 2:00 pm

Role:

-Monitor and control the internet usage of staff and produce monthly reports for senior management

-Provide support and information as required for investigations

-Provide support for security staff

-Attend meetings

-Run scan as required for projects.

-Provide analytical support for metal theft prevention and detection

-Participate in Security incident investigations

Technical Capabilities

Education: Relevant post secondary education
2 to 4 years of experience working with the following security tools is preferred:
-(I2, Nuix Email analyzer,
-Cacheback Web analyzer,
-BlueCoat web proxy
-EnCase & Perspective
