This position involves conducting financial analysis to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization. They will possess excellent attention to detail, proven problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities & Duties : Building relationships with and provide excellent customer service to the business unit(s)* Completing the month-end and quarter-end close processes, by examining results, preparing journal entries and detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting for senior management* Performing a combination of the following tasks : * Intercompany reconciliation* Fixed asset reconciliations* Salaries and other payroll reconciliations* Credit card reconciliation* Preparing information requests and responding to questions during quarterly reviews and the annual audit* Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required Requirements : Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field* Experience in financial analysis roles, accounting roles, or relevant experience* Completion of or working toward a professional accounting designation (CPA)* Proven attention to detail and accuracy* Excellent communication and presentation skills \*Only successful candidates will be contacted\*.
