POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, this position will be responsible for ensuring our buses adhere and comply with our Internal Quality Control System.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Responsible for identifying quality and process gaps and non-conformance issues
- In-process inspection of production, fabricated and purchased materials
- Final inspection of buses for delivery, investigate and communicate internally and externally on non-conformance issues and find resolutions to issues
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
Ability to read blueprints and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instrumentsExperience understanding and applying quality systems to drive and sustain improvementsHave great interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentClear understanding of the bill of materials as it relates to product completionProficient with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and WordPrevious experience working with Oracle database system would be considered an assetNDT certification would be considered an assetAbility to work rotating shiftsBenefits
