Accounts Payable Clerk

Calling all Accounts Payable Specialists! We have an exciting 6-month contract opportunity located in Woodbridge, Ontario, through Randstad Finance & Accounting. We've partnered with a recognized organization to find a detail-oriented and proficient individual to join their team. This Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully on-site and is crucial for maintaining efficient financial operations, with a key focus on high-volume invoice processing and managing specific customer program payments. Responsibilities
• Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Managing full cycle Accounts Payable using SAP
• Performing three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Handling customer program payments and ensuring accurate documentation and processing
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs (EFT, cheques, wires)
• Assisting with month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience
• Proven working experience with the SAP system for Accounts Payable
• Demonstrated experience with high volume invoice processing and vendor management
• Ability to work fully onsite in the Woodbridge location
