On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - CRM - Senior- Dynamics for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior- Dynamics - Job Description:
The project involves the development and customization of Dynamics CRM applications to enhance business processes and customer engagement. The role requires translating technical specifications into functional CRM applications and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior- Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications
• Develop detailed programming specifications and write/generate code
• Conduct unit tests and maintain data-driven programs
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software operation
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle

Software Developer - CRM - Senior- Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard
• Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins, and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows
• Customize Dynamics using C#, JavaScript, and HTML
• Expert in customization of Power App, Power Pages
• Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integrate with Enterprise systems

Software Developer - CRM - Senior- Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with marketing automation tools and customer journey analytics
• Working knowledge of development in Azure technologies
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Knowledge of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
• Understanding of the OPS Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
