For Full‑time Employees

    • Responsibilities

    Sales

  • Optimize performance and profitability with support from the management team.
  • Train staff in customer support, sales techniques, and product features.
  • Analyze sales results and develop innovative solutions to improve them.
  • Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll cost‑effectively.
  • Communicate sales goals to the team to meet and exceed them.
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find everything they’re looking for.
  • Coordinate tasks with the management team to ensure smooth operations when they are absent.

    • Human Resources

  • Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment that promotes excellence.
  • Live and share the company vision, mission, and brand culture with the team.
  • Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model.
  • Build a high‑performance team through recruitment, preparation, and training of new employees.
  • Plan work schedules and manage team absences / lateness.
  • Participate in performance evaluations for all store staff.
  • Schedule staff based on performance and in‑store traffic.

    • Marketing and Visual Presentation

  • Master knowledge of all products and technical features.
  • Create an attractive and inviting store layout based on planograms.
  • Stay aware of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Help build a loyal customer base through brand image and relationship building.
  • Assist with order planning and setup of visual displays.
  • Maintain store and back‑store appearance and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with mall administration.

    • Administration

  • Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
  • Open and close the store.
  • Manage controllable expenses efficiently.
  • Apply headquarters policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

    • Employment Details

    Permanent, full‑time

    Annual Salary : CA$41,080 – CA$46,800
