📍 Location: On-site in Longueuil
📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, daytime hours
💰 Salary: $24 to $27/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Manage the entire client order lifecycle (accurate data entry, follow-up, logistical coordination).

Ensure professional and efficient customer service, acting as direct support for the sales team.

Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
Experience in customer service (experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment is an asset)

Perfect bilingualism (French/English), spoken and written, required to communicate with english-speaking clients and partners outside Quebec

Comfortable with technology and order processing tools

Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and team spirit
