Job description

A private investigation office in Montreal is looking for an administrative assistant who will also be in charge of business development and supervision of the analyst team.

This is a role that will start as a temporary mandate and become permanent if the “fit” is there.

Do you have experience in an office environment? Are you 100% bilingual, sharp, professional, organized and want to get involved and evolve in a dynamic and stimulating environment?

Advantages

Responsibilities

  • Routine administrative tasks
  • Respond to emails, calls
  • Supervision of the analyst / researcher team
  • Handling / preparation of confidential documents
  • Follow-up of customer files
  • Billing
  • Participate in conferences and do business development.
  • Qualifications

  • Perfectly bilingual
  • Excellent written and oral communication in both languages
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • DEC in legal administration, criminology or secretarial work or bachelor's degree in research, an asset
  • Resourceful, intuitive, proactive, objective, ambitious, integrity, honesty, reliable, responsible, good listener.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Open to non-standard working hours as needed
  • Strong mentality, stability
  • Tech savvy ( laptop / cell phone)
