Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the President, managing communications, schedules, and priorities.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the President and internal / external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Oversee office operations related to the executive office, including document management and supply needs.
- Anticipate the President's needs and proactively address administrative and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or related industries.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to thrive in a 100% in-office role in a fast-paced environment.
