Youll work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies supporting servers networks storage and flight systems that keep Canadas largest regional airline running smoothly. In this role youll work shifts onsite at our Halifax headquarters while providing 1st and 2nd tier support to IT Infrastructure Services including but not limited to :

• End-user computing devices
• Wide-area and local-area networks
• Servers and storage systems
• Backup software
• Citrix environments
• Flight system applications and associated technologies
