Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our clients day-to-day operations and drive performance excellence on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff to meet daily and monthly outbound KPIs.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely order picking, processing, and shipment.
• Actively engaging with team members and assisting as needed.
• Monitor quality control standards and ensure accuracy across all warehouse operations.
• Ensuring all employees use appropriate PPE and follow company and legislative HSE practices.
• Oversee dock and warehouse organization to optimize space and workflow.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process quickly and effectively.
• Communicate openly with all team levels to support collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Recommend operational improvements to senior management and support new process implementations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 year of supervisory experience in a 3PL logistics or related warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP Warehousing knowledge is an asset.
• Forklift/counterbalance operating ability is an asset.
