Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for an energetic, organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to join a growing advisory team in our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with a team of Investment Advisors where the focus is on client relationships and building a sustainable wealth management business
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to the discovery, planning, and implementation process
• Prepare financial planning documents, investment proposals, and follow-up communications
• Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts
• Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness
• Support business development activities and contribute to the growth of the practice
• Perform additional administrative duties as required
