Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for windows and doors company to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints: by phone and by email
2. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
3. Document and update customer records based on interactions
4. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
5. Scheduling: installation and post installation services
