Analyst, Applications / Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following : other duties may be assigned

• Create automation concepts to meet customer requirements in accordance with company standards and client requirements
• Create supporting SolidWorks drawings and operational descriptions in support of the automation concepts developed
• Develop cost estimates for the automation concepts developed
• Interface with customer to collect technical details and obtain technical clarifications
• Communicate concept details to Sales Reps, Management, Customer, and Project personnel
• Produce turnkey detailed proposals for Projects.
• Demonstrate innovation, efficiency, autonomy and accuracy in managing that part of the quoting process for which he / she is responsible
• Research new products and interface with suppliers to obtain technical and cost information in support of concept
• Store quote-related data (specifications, quotes, estimates, drawings etc.) according to Samuel standards
• Required to work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company Health and Safety and Other Policies
