Level 3A : $57708 - $76944 (2025 Salary Range)

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Under the supervision of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor the incumbent will predominantly provide custodial duties to maintain buildings and grounds in compliance with accepted standards. This will also include some salting and minor snow removal may be required. These duties will require knowledge in inventory control commercial cleaning techniques the operation of mechanical floor cleaning equipment and WHMIS regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary School Diploma
• Must possess an Ontario G Drivers License and be able to proficiently operate general maintenance equipment
• Must be able to pass a background clearance
