Rose Wood Village – Long-Term Care | Trail, BC

Position Type :         Temporary Full-Time (1.00 FTE)

Position End Date :   On or Before May 1, 2025

Shift Schedule :       Day / Evening

Shift Times :             07 : 00 - 15 : 00 / 15 : 00 - 23 : 00 (8 hour shifts)

We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about providing quality, person-centered care and being part of a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, resident-focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
• Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
• Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
• Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.
