Greeter / Refreshment Volunteer

Grand River Community Health Centre

Position : 3 openings. Posted : 2025-12-11.

This role provides helpful, supportive, and friendly assistance to visitors and clients at Grand River Community Health Centre.

Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly manner
Directing and providing information to visitors and clients as needed
Providing snacks, drinks, and harm reduction supplies to community members
Preparing oatmeal and light clean-up at the end of the day

Skills & Qualifications

Welcoming and engaging

Passionate about providing great customer service

Ability to work independently

Committed to confidentiality

Cooperative with other volunteers and staff

Time Commitment

1 day / week, Monday to Friday

3.75 hour shift (8 : 30am‑12 : 15pm or 12 : 00pm‑3 : 45pm)

Minimum 6‑month term
