We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community!What we offer : Full benefits, a great bonus program, an opportunity to grow with the company, on-the-job trainingThe Restaurant Area Manager duties include, but are not limited too : Managing the operation of approximately 10 restaurants Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standardsCoaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand Identifying areas of improvement and opportunity specific to individual restaurants under your controlManaging budgetary inquires and understanding the budgeting processMonitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costsLeading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the teamSpending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employeesEnsuring all food safety regulations are followedHiring, retaining, and terminating employees as well as training managersOther duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant

Multi-unit restaurant management experience - two years or more

Quick service restaurant experience preferred

Drivers license

Food handling certificate
