Property Accountant

Property Accountant – North Vancouver

Our client, a growing and dynamic Property Management company, is looking for a Property Accountant to join their North Vancouver team. Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for supporting full-cycle accounting functions and ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for a portfolio of properties.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and accruals.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and other management reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with the property management team to resolve accounting-related issues.
