The Coin Processor / Route Collector is responsible for processing all coin received by the Toronto branch and preparing it for scheduled pickups. This role also involves operating a company vehicle to service customer locations by collecting coins and machine data from coin and card operated equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player with strong comprehension and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile coin in the warehouse with a high degree of accuracy
• Prepare and organize paperwork for coin pickups and monthly collector records
• Maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out logs for internal keys
• Collect coins from machines in both warehouse and field environments with 100% accuracy
• Accurately and legibly record machine counter readings and related data
• Complete assigned collection routes within scheduled timeframes
• Maintain company standards for attendance, appearance, and professionalism as outlined in company policies
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in accordance with vehicle maintenance and safety guidelines
• Maintain an excellent driving and safety record
• Attend all required departmental and branch meetings
• Meet or exceed performance standards outlined in standard operating procedures
• Complete all required training programs and examinations
