Our Government client is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CRM systems, business process analysis, and Agile delivery, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions that enhance customer and service experiences.

Must Haves

• 5+ yearsas a Functional Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM systems , ideally Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud .
• Proven expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration and customization .
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows , service processes, and business rules.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog and test management.
• Solid experience with functional / regression testing , test cycles, and defect tracking.
