Description
Major Job Functions :
- Based on technical audits of the machine, the TSR will make recommendations to the customer on what components will need to be changed.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve shovel downtime as quickly as possible.
- Minimize downtime and maintain production requirements as scheduled.
- Responsible for scheduling customer visits, setting agendas and writing reports.
- Send technical analysis to the customers and provide the customer with recommended service options.
- Liaison with Finning Parts Department to have the necessary parts delivered to the Mining customers.
- Must develop and maintain open lines of communication with all supportive departments.

Seasoned Electrician or P.Eng with significant electrical experience or with appropriate mining experienceExperience in a customer service roleElectric Rope Shovel equipment knowledgeSiemens PLC and Motor Drive experienceMining background and experienceMechanical aptitudeElectrical aptitudeCaterpillar equipment knowledge (Non-Mandatory or Nice to have skill)Soft Skills :
